What is the Process to engage PAvirtual?

Request – initial contact can be made by phone, email, the contact tab on this page, Facebook or Skype. If you need to discuss your requirements in person, PAvirtual can organise to meet in the Bendigo area. Locations outside of Bendigo will incur travelling fees.

Completion – PAvirtual takes pride in tasks completed. We are professional and commit to providing our clients with accurate and timely works.

Invoice – Once tasks are completed, PAvirtual will email you an invoice which requires a 7 day payment.

What are your rates?

All services outlined under our services, that are carried out virtually/remotely (ie from our office) will be charged at the standard hourly rate of $45 per hour. Packages and retainers are available, please click here for more information.

PAvirtual provides flexible, accurate and efficient support as when you need it – we are not restricted to business hours.​

Things to note

​*   Be clear about what you want PAvirtual to do and outline your requirements.

*   Provide supporting documents or information.

*   Is there a deadline? Agree to work flow process.

*   Advise your prefered method of delivery, email, Google Docs, Dropbox or other virtual software.

*   Be willing to let go and trust PAvirtual.

What are the advantages?

PAvirtual can support you on an “as needed” basis whether it’s an hour a week, a day a month, full time for a week or the length of a specific project. We are self-employed contractors, you don’t need to pay any employee related costs, office space or equipment. PAvirtual depends on satisfying their client’s needs, you can be assured of high quality work as repeat work and referrals are what makes our business successful.

Hourly rate for on-site services

Any services that need to be performed on-site (ie at your office or venue), including Temp Services and certain aspects of Event Management will be charged at the standard hourly rate of $65 per hour.

Out of pocket expenses not included in the above rates:

  • Mail outs – printing, envelopes, address labels, paper, postage

  • Telephone calls to your customers

  • Prints in excess of 20 pages

  • Professional printing

  • Courier charges to your customers

  • Deposits that may be required when booking events, venues or travel etc

  • Costs associated with domain names or web hosting

  • Other purchases necessary for your specific job

  • Any additional costs in relation to your specific job will be pre-agreed with you and on-charged with no mark up, or alternatively paid directly to the supplier by you.

What are my payment options?

​Payment for services can be made by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Cash. PAvirtual prefers direct deposit as their payment method and bank details will be set out on the invoice. Payment within 7 days from receipt of invoice from all new clients, late payment fees will occur if payments are over 7 days.
