With over 18 years experience in office administration, Sandra has worked in a variety of office environments including real estate and property management, legal clerical services, government administration, accounts receivable and payable, customer service, secretarial support for senior government officials as well as executive assistant to managers in senior roles and team leaders for a large government department.

She is the Secretariat for the Australian Virtual Assistants Association and was appointed to this role in September 2015.

Throughout Sandra’s working history she has been confident in utilising a wide range of software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. She uses this software to prepare reports, agendas, record minutes and actions, budget monitoring, work with detailed or extensive documents that are sent to printers, create templates; design newsletters, mail merges, process/receipt accounts and data show presentations. She has developed numerous manuals for businesses and generated brochures for mail outs and signs for upcoming events.

Sandra has attained a Diploma in Frontline Management, a practical, hands-on course that develops entrepreneurial and innovative approaches from managing people, finances, projects, continuous improvement and compliance. She stays positive and motivated, takes initiative, manages her own performance and meets deadlines while working independently.

She has extensive experience in administration in the following;
both government and private sectors, accounts, facilities management, organising meetings, minute taking, emergency management, working with long documents and presentations.

Sandra is organised, able to multi-task, has an eye for detail and is a great communicator with a passion to get things right the first time. She will use all of these skills gained over the years to assist you in your business endeavours.
